Excellent customer Service is the key to these roles. Driving the guests to and from  the slopes, your professionism is of the upmost importance. A calm and patient manner is required to deal with guests expetations.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily driving guests to and from slopes, and other parts of St Anton
• Informing guests of the residences information as well as local information 
• Providing guests with support during their stay
• General tasks around the premises including general manintenance, snow clearing & cleaning public areas

Skills and Abilities Required

The Driver/General Assistant roles would suit individuals who have the following –

• Minimum age of 23 due to insurance
• Fluent english speak, German an advantage
• Driving experience in snowy conditions desirable
• Customer service experience desired but not essential
• Confidence when dealing with guests
• Excellent personal presentation
• Available for the whole season – December until the end of April
• Must have EU passport or EUV 50 card fro Austria
• An attitude whereby nothing is too much trouble
• Work independently as well as in a team
• Good self-motivation
• Excellent time keeping and reliability
